At our annual meeting in 2024, we decided to host at least two burns per year in the upper central common area, to help homeowners get rid of excess brush and trees. Beginning 2025, the early-Fall burn will be held in conjunction with a community party.

Instructions:

1. Natural materials only. No man-made materials of any kind may be added to the burn pile.

2. Homeowners may only deposit yard waste before the first and last burn, between Spring and Fall. In order to avoid animals/vermin making a home in the common area, we will pause depositing brush between the Fall burn, and May 1st.

3. Please cut down big logs into 4-5 foot sections. Long limbs are difficult to maneuver and burn.

4. If the pile is expanding larger than the existing burned circle, please hold brush for the next burn.
